O CATASTRÓFICO AVANÇO DA SOJA NA AMAZÔNIA

 

 

 

Movido pelo péssimo hábito alimentar da população, baseada principalmente pelos “lanches rápidos” servidos em redes de lanchonetes americanas espalhadas pelo mundo, a soja adentra cada vez mais a Amazônia dizimando matas nativas e contaminando mananciais (pequenos igarapés e rios maiores onde estes desembocam) com o uso indiscriminado de defensivos que a lavoura exige durante seu ciclo.

Na foto nota-se que pouparam algumas majestosas castanheiras, árvores protegidas por lei na Amazônia. Acontece que estas árvores gigantes e lindas estão comprometidas. Isoladas em meio às lavouras e/ou pastagens, sujeitas à ação de incêndios em pastagens, além da ação de ventos fortes e de resíduos de herbicidas utilizados nestas explorações, elas estão todas condenadas, não sobreviverão por muito tempo.

It happens that these giant and lovely trees did not survive isolated amid the lavouras and / or pastures. You subject to the action of fires in pastures and remains of tilling, besides the action of strong winds and of residues of weedkillers used in these explorations, they are all condemned ones, they will not survive for much time.
